Great sliders and chili fries. So good on this cool Nov. day. Quick and convenient and the service is very good. Had coke instead of my tea but a coke just seems right for this meal. Very pleased with the atmosphere and cleanliness as well. It's a nice change from the big chain restaurants sometimes. I will be back and recommend this place to others. Who says every meal gas to be at a five star restaurant. This place does deserve five stars for how hard they work to please and for such little pay. Keep up the great job guys. You rock!!!

I had driven by this place about a billion times, and never had Krystal, and I decided that I was going to change all that one afternoon. I've heard that this is a White Castle type restaurant, although not as good. This place is located directly off US 1, and although it's been open for a few years, still looks relatively new. I only did the drive-thru, so I can't speak for inside the restaurant, but the outside was clean, and looked pretty good. Well Krystal serves up sliders, so if you're looking for a large burger with fries, this ain't your place. Most of their value meals are 3 or 4 sliders with a side order and drink. I decided to go with the 5 slider meal with chili cheese fries. Holy CRAP it was good. The sliders are made with small beef patties, onions, a pickle, mustard, and the most soft, delicious rolls. They are AWESOME! The chili cheese fries were also the bomb-diggity. A pretty good portion of french fries, topped, and I mean TOPPED with chili and cheese, they definitely did not skimp on it. It definitely hit the spot, although I can imagine if I was drunk, Krystal would be the greatest restaurant in the history of the world. Their menu doesn't offer up a huge variety of selections, mostly sliders and fries, and I think you can get chili cheese dogs and some chicken selections, but I think pretty much everyone goes for the sliders. The food tasted great, tasted fresh, and the service was actually pretty damn good - much better than expected for a fast food joint. The dude at the window was pleasant, got the order right, and I was in and out in about 2 minutes. Overall I enjoyed myself. Definitely hit the spot and at a great price, and I will definitely swing through again sometime.

Ordered triple krystals combo and received a double combo,very dry burgers served with cold fries.they could not print me out a receipt for the purchase.you could tell they took previously prepared burgers and simply added an extra piece of beef.buns were dry and hard....dreadful, i wont visit that location again.

The food, overall, was good. I really enjoyed the iced tea. I had the two double Krystal burgers combo. It was more than enough food. I couldn't finish it. The reason I'm giving it only three stars is; it seriously needed music. It was dead silent. And the burger wasn't hot enough to melt the cheese. That's just a pet peeve of mine.

Waited in drive through line today for 32 minutes to get home and find my order was missing two items and wrong at that. Not acceptable. To top it off, the line was only two cars ahead of me. Disaster!

Gone downhill for the last month or so. Looks like it's closed now and it should be. Used to have nice people working there, but not anymore. They turnover people so fast you don't get to know them. One guy was there for a year or so, thinning hair and cool glasses. He was so nice but haven't seen him recently. Staff looks miserable and the place is kind of dingy now. It's a hole-in-the-wall now and I would never go back. Cheap food? Sure it is and you get exactly what you don't pay for. They put your burgers in a box sideways so that when you pull the burger out, half of the cheese sticks to the bottom of the box. They put their "cheese pups" in a box that is twice the size of the contents. Looks like a hot dog box, but when you open it, you have a miniature hot dog; big waste of packaging.
